The flat wood rasp is a hand tool used for cutting and grinding wood and wood-based materials. It is made of 45# medium carbon steel, or alloy steel such as 50CrV, 60CrV, or A3 steel. It is suitable for processing and grinding various types of wood and wooden products. The product complies with standards GB 5803–5815, National Standard/T 806, U.S. Standard GGG-F-325b, and European Standard DIN 6261–7285.

Usage and Maintenance
Operators must wear safety goggles and protective gloves when using the rasp. It is not suitable for processing ultra-hard materials. After use, wood debris must be removed from the surface of the rasp, and it should be stored safely in a dry tool bag.
