The single arc mill file is a hand tool designed for cutting and grinding applications. It is made from T12 high-carbon tool steel, with a carbon content ranging from 1.15% to 1.25% (equivalent to 1095, Cr06, or 130Cr2). The product has a hardness of HRC60–65. It is suitable for sharpening blades, repairing metal workpieces, and correcting flat surfaces. The product is manufactured in compliance with GB 5803–5815, National Standard/T 806, U.S. Standard GGG-F-325b, and European Standard DIN 6261–7285.The manufacturing process includes hot forging, grinding, tooth cutting, quenching, and surface sandblasting.
